A norovirus outbreak in Dorchester County is coming to an end, after over 150 people at an assisted living facility caught the virus. The DHEC couldn’t release the name or address of the facility which seems to us as the most dangerous policy ever, because the norovirus (or any other virus) could get the chance to spread silently.
